Standard fees apply from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additional charges for after-hours services are outlined below.
After-Hours Fees
- Before 8:00am and after 5pm on weekdays - $10 in addition to consult fee
- Saturdays before 1:00pm - $10 in addition to consult fee
- Saturdays after 1:00pm - $10 in addition to consult fee
- All day on Sundays and public holidays - $10 in addition to consult fee
Failure to Attend
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
- Consultations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to attend without sufficient notice may result in a $80 missed appointment fee being applied to your account.
- Procedures: Due to the significant preparation and clinical time involved, procedure deposits/fees are non-refundable if cancelled on the day of the appointment. If no notice is given, you may be charged the full out-of-pocket cost of the procedure.

Minor Procedures
If a procedure is required, we will thoroughly discuss the type of procedure and any associated fees with you in advance.
The total cost will depend on the specific procedure and the Medicare rebate available.
On average, the out-of-pocket cost for a procedure is up to $400. We offer a discount for Pension and Health Care Card holders. This fee covers the procedure room, consumables, dressings, and nursing support. Please note that Medicare does not cover these additional costs.
Account Payments
Your account is payable on the day of your consultation unless it is for a procedure then the account will be payable on your follow-up appointment. Please note that failure to make payment on the day of your consultation may result in additional fees being applied to your account.
